We were commissioned by NHS Arden Commissioning Support Unit (now NHS Arden & GEM CSU) to complete a thorough review of the organisation's web content and marketing literature, before developing a communications strategy and implementation plan to raise awareness of the CSU's services. We worked closely with the in-house commercial marketing team to fully understand the positioning and specialist skills offered by the organisation, in order to help them establish a clear niche within a crowded marketplace.
Since then, we have continued to provide Arden & GEM with proactive PR and marketing communications support. Our role includes identifying media opportunities, drafting articles and award submissions, developing case studies and other marketing materials, and supporting events.
We have continually exceeded our targets, which has seen the organisation win multiple industry awards, secure thought leadership opportunities in a range of healthcare commissioning titles and develop a comprehensive suite of marketing materials.
